All-inclusive social event tickets are for spouse, guests, and/or children who will only participate in meals or social functions. These tickets do not include access to business sessions (i.e. General Session or education sessions) and are not eligible for GM or attendance credit.
All-Inclusive event tickets can be purchased in advance via the purchase links below, or on-site at the registration desk.
Social event tickets can be purchased and paid via credit card at time or purchase, or billed to your property statement after the Convention takes place. All prices are noted in USD.

To cancel your Convention social event tickets, send an email to the BWH Hotels Meetings & Events team (bwconferences@bwh.com) and include the following information.
Social event tickets will be refunded only if the cancellation is received on or before Friday, October 11th.
Wednesday Night Dinner & Entertainment No-Show Fee
Implemented in 2013, all attendees that select a reserved seat for the event and DO NOT attend the event, will be billed a $150.00 no-show fee on their property statement. If you do not attend and do not select a seat you will not be billed.
