Attendee Registration

Registration Fee: $885.00 USD per attendee
In accordance with Best Western Rules & Regulations 500.50 all Best Western®, Best Western Plus®, Best Western Premier®, Vib®, Glo®, Executive Residency by Best Western®, @Home by Best Western and Aiden® branded hotels in the system are automatically billed a non-refundable registration fee ($885.00 for 2024) in the month prior to Convention. The first person to register from a property will satisfy the "Pre-Billed" registration fee and will not be billed again after registering.
Fees for additional registrants from the same property will be billed on property statements after Convention.
Late/Onsite Registration
Late/Onsite Registration Fee: $1,085.00 USD per attendee
All registrations received after Friday, September 27, 2024, including onsite at the registration desk, will be assessed an additional $200 fee.

- All business and education sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- Beverages/light breakfast on Monday
- Breakfast on Tuesday & Wednesday
- Lunch on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
- Admission to the Monday Night Welcome Reception
- Admission to the Wednesday night dinner and entertainment event (see details on no-show policy below).
What IS NOT Included with Each Full Registration?
- Travel expenses (including airfare, ground transportation/airport transfers, parking, mileage etc.) to/from the Convention
- Hotel accommodations
- Sessions noted as "Pre/Post Convention - Optional" may require a separate registration and/or additional fees.
Cancellation & Dinner No-Show Policies
Registration Cancellation Policy
- To cancel your registration, please email the BW Conferences desk at bwconferences@bwh.com.
- Please include name, property name, and property number of the registrant cancelling.
- Pre-Billed registration fees are non-refundable.
- Additional registrations will be refunded only if the cancellation is received on or before Friday, October 11th.
- No-shows will also be billed.
Wednesday Night Dinner & Entertainment No-Show Fee
Implemented in 2013, all attendees that select a reserved seat for the event and DO NOT attend the event, will be billed a $150.00 no-show fee on their property statement. If you do not attend and do not select a seat you will not be billed.
