We are excited to welcome you in Palma for the inaugural PAN European Convention, where we will unite over 1200 attendees across hospitality organisations from BWH Hotels across Europe.
This year's theme, Unique and United, underscores our dedication to celebrating individuality while fostering a sense of unity across our global network.
The conference will be hosted at the prestigious Palma Convention Centre Meliá. – a landmark venue affiliated with Meliá. To ensure your convenience, coach transfers will be provided on all conference days. Detailed timings for the transfers will be shared closer to the event.
Get ready for a packed schedule over the 2.5 days! We have curated an engaging and dynamic agenda that promises a wealth of opportunities for networking, learning, and collaboration.
All GB delegates have been assigned accommodation at the Hotel Palma Bellver for the duration of the event. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us at pec@bwh.com for any accommodation queries.
We know you must be eager to start packing for the event, so here's a quick guide on what to pack for each occasion:
Welcome Drinks on Sunday, 30th March: Casual attire. Meet us in Hall Olympia at Hotel Palma Bellver between 6.00pm – 8pm to raise a glass to the start of the first ever PAN European Convention.
All Conference Sessions: Business casual.
GB National Dinner on Monday, 31st March: Smart casual. The dinner will be held at Bahia Mediterraneo, a first-class restaurant offering Palma's finest cuisine. The venue is a 10-minute walk from Hotel Palma Bellver. Join us from 7pm to 11.30pm.
PAN European Dinner on Tuesday, 1st April: Smart casual. The dinner will take place at Pueblo Español. While the location offers a mix of indoor and outdoor areas, it resembles a village with plenty of outdoor space, so warmer clothes may be required. Flat shoes are highly recommended as the streets and pathways at the venue are cobblestone.
We encourage attendees to incorporate an element into their outfit that represents GB.
Coaches will collect you from Hotel Palma Bellver.
You will attend two interactive workshops on Monday 31st March
