We are thrilled to welcome you to Palma for the first-ever PAN EMEA Convention, bringing together over 1,200 attendees from BWH Hotels and hospitality organizations across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
This year’s theme, "Unique and United," highlights our commitment to celebrating individuality while fostering collaboration and unity within our global network.
Venue: The convention will take place at the prestigious Palma Convention Centre Meliá, a landmark venue affiliated with Meliá.
Transport: Coach transfers will be available throughout the event, with detailed schedules shared closer to the date.

Your Stay in Palma
Accommodation: You’ll be staying at INNSiDE by Meliá Palma Center, a stylish hotel located in the vibrant heart of Palma. If you have not received your booking confirmation, please contact at pec@bwh.com for any accommodation queries.
What should I pack?
We know you must be eager to start packing for the event, so here's a quick guide on what to pack for each occasion:
Welcome Drinks – Monday, March 31: Smart casual. Join us by the pool at Hotel Palma Bellver (7 PM – 9 PM) to toast the start of our first-ever PAN EMEA Convention.
Conference Sessions: Business casual.
PAN European Dinner on Tuesday, 1st April: Smart casual. The dinner will take place at Pueblo Español. While the location offers a mix of indoor and outdoor areas, it resembles a village with plenty of outdoor space, so warmer clothes may be required. Flat shoes are highly recommended as the streets and pathways at the venue are cobblestone.
We encourage attendees to incorporate an element into their outfit that represents your home country.
