Die Convention findet im renommierten Palma Convention Centre statt. - einem bedeutenden Veranstaltungsort in Palma, welcher eng mit der Meliá Gruppe verbunden ist. Um es ihnen so angenehm wie möglich zu machen, ist ein Bus-Shuttle zwischen den verschiedenen Hotels und dem „Palau de Congressos“ vorgesehen. Die genauen Zeiten für die Transfers werden kurz vor der Veranstaltung bekannt gegeben.

More than 1200 participants from BWH hotels, affliiate headquarters and supporting partner companies from all over Europe will come together for this event, which has not been held in this form for 30 years. A meeting of like-minded people under the big BWH Hotels brand umbrella.

Unique and United is also the fitting motto for this event, underlining the fundamental idea of your BWH Hotels. Being stronger together while remaining individual.

The convention will take place at the prestigious Palma Convention Center. - an important venue in Palma, associated with the Meliá Group. To make it as convenient as possible, a shuttle bus service will be provided from the various hotels to the “Palau de Congressos”. The exact times for the transfers will be announced shortly before the event

You can look forward to 2.5 jam-packed days. We have put together an exciting and entertaining program that offers plenty of opportunity to get to know each other, exchange ideas and network.

Unterkunft / Accomodation

Alle Hoteliers aus Central Europe sowie ihre Ansprechpartner aus der Zentrale sind im Melía Palma Marina untergebracht – es sei denn, Sie haben sich selbst um eine andere Unterkunft gekümmert.

Sponsoren aus der Region Central Europe sind im HM Hotel Palma Blanc untergebracht – sofern Sie eine Übernachtung im Verlauf ihrer Registrierung für das Event gebucht haben.

Sollten Sie bisher keine Bestätigung zu ihrer Zimmerbuchung erhalten haben oder noch Änderungen vornehmen möchten, wenden Sie sich bitte an pec@bwh.com.

All hoteliers from Central Europe and your contacts from the head office will be accommodated at Melía Palma Marina - unless you have made your own accommodation arrangements.

Sponsors from the Central Europe Region will be accommodated at HM Hotel Palma Blanc – if you have booked an accommodation in the course of your registration for the event.

Transfer Angebot / Shuttles

Einen zentral organisierten Shuttle vom Flughafen zu den verschiedenen Hotels wird es nicht geben. Darum müssen Sie sich selbst kümmmern. Zur Orientierung: der Flughafen von Palma liegt nur wenige Kilometer außerhalb von Palma und ist mit dem Auto in etwa 20 min erreicht.

Was den Transfer zum Conference Centre und wieder zurück angeht, so haben wir sowohl vom Hotel Melía Palma Marina wie auch vom HM Palma Blanc Bus-Shuttle vorgesehen. Die genauen Zeiten werden kurz vor der Veranstaltung bekannt gegeben.

There will be no centrally organized shuttle from the airport to the various hotels. You will have to take care of this yourself. For orientation: Palma airport is only a few kilometers outside of Palma and can be reached by car in about 20 minutes.

As far as the transfer to and from the Conference Center is concerned, we have planned bus shuttles from the Hotel Melía Palma Marina as well as from HM Palma Blanc. The exact times will be announced shortly before the event.

Kofferpacken & Abendveranstaltungen / Dresscode & Evening Events

Sicher können Sie es kaum noch erwarten, Ihre Koffer für Mallorca zu packen. 😊 Gerne unterstützen wir Sie dabei mit folgenden Hinweisen:

Wie bei den meisten Veranstaltungen unserer Gruppe wird auch diesmal der Dresscode für die Tagung „business casual“ bzw. ohne Schlips und Kragen sein.

Am Montag Abend (31. März) fühlen Sie sich in legerer Kleidung wohl. Busse werden Sie von den beiden Hotels zum Chateau Vino de la Isla bringen. Je nach Wetter planen wir auch einen kleinen Empfang im Freien – eine wärmende Jacke könnte also hilfreich sein.

Am Dienstag Abend (1. April) werden alle Teilnehmer zu einem Pan-European Abend zusammenkommen. Dieser wird im Pueblo Español stattfinden. Die location bietet eine Mischung aus Innen- und Außenbereichen und ähnelt einem Dorf mit viel Platz im Freien, so dass wärmere Kleidung erforderlich sein könnte. Die Busse holen Sie von den Hotels ab.

Um die verschiedenen Nationen an diesem Abend besser ausmachen zu können, laden wir Sie ein, ein typisches „Accessoire“ oder Symbol aus ihrem Land / ihrer Region mitzubringen oder zu tragen (z.B. ein besonderer Hut, ein Tuch, ein anderes Kleidungstück)

We know you must be eager to start packing for Mallorca, so here's a quick guide on what to pack for each occasion:

As with most of our group's events, the dress code for the conference will be “business casual” or without tie and collar.

On Monday evening (March 31) you will feel comfortable in casual clothing. Buses will take you from the two hotels to the Chateau Vino de la Isla. Depending on the weather, we are also planning a prior outdoor reception - so a warm jacket might be helpful.

On Tuesday evening (April 1), all participants will come together for a Pan-European evening. This will take place at Pueblo Español. The location offers a mixture of indoor and outdoor areas and resembles a village with plenty of outdoor space, so warmer clothes may be required. Coaches will pick you up from the hotels.

In order to better identify the different nations on this evening, we invite you to bring or wear a typical “accessory” or symbol from your country / region (e.g. a special hat, a scarf, other pieces of clothing)

Für alle Teilnehmer haben wir Namenschilder vorbereitet, welche Sie im Convention Center erhalten. Sowohl am Sonntag Nachmittag wie auch am Montag Vormittag haben Sie Gelegenheit, an einem der Check-In Stände vorbei zu kommen.

We have prepared name badges for all participants, which you will receive at the Convention Center. On Sunday afternoon as well as on Monday morning you will have the opportunity to stop by one of the check-in booths.

Übersetzungsangebot / Translation

Die Konferenzsprache während ihrer nationalen Jahrestagung wird deutsch sein, während der Pan-European Conference wird englisch gesprochen werden. Sollten Sie sich unsicher fühlen, so besteht die Möglichkeit sich vor Ort eine Übersetzungs-App auf ihrem Handy zu installieren, die ihnen das Verstehen erleichtern wird. Ein entsprechender QR Code wird vor Ort zur Verfügung gestellt.

Wichtig: Wenn Sie Gebrauch von diesem Angebot machen möchten, sollten Sie unbedingt ihre eigenen Ohrhörer / Kopfhörer mitbringen! Nur so können Sie auch von der akustischen Übersetzung profitieren.

The conference language during your national annual conference will be German, during the Pan-European Conference English will be spoken. If you feel unsure, you can install a translation app on your cell phone on site to make it easier for you to understand. A corresponding QR code will be provided on site.

Important: If you would like to make use of this offer, you should definitely bring your own earphones / headphones! This is the only way you can benefit also from the audio translation.

Worldcafé am Montag Nachmittag / Worldcafé on Monday Afternoon

Statt der üblichen Workshops möchten wir Ihnen diesmal ein neues Format, das so genannte Worldcafé anbieten. Hierfür werden im Tagungsraum an runden Tischen viele verschiedene Themen vorgestellt und Sie haben die Möglichkeit, sich in kleiner Runde einzubringen. Erfahrungsaustausch untereinander, Brainstormen oder aber das Bewerten von neuen Ideen werden Teil des Angebots sein. Die Besonderheit dabei: Sie entscheiden, wie lange Sie beim jeweiligen Thema verweilen möchten. So haben Sie die Möglichkeit viele verschiedene Themen mitzunehmen.

Instead of the usual workshops, this time we would like to offer you a new format, the so-called World Café. Many different topics will be presented at round tables in the conference room and you will have the opportunity to get involved in small groups. Sharing experiences, brainstorming or evaluating new ideas will be part of the offer. The special feature here is that you decide how long you want to spend on each topic. This gives you the opportunity to take away many different topics.
