Registration & Name Badge Pick Up

The registration desk for the Pan European Convention will be located at the Palma Congress Center on the ground level at the Iles Balears Hospitality Desk. 

What should I bring to obtain my badge? Approximately 48 hours before the start of the conference, all attendees will receive an email with a quick check-in QR code. Bring this code with you (either printed or on your device) for a fast check-in experience. 

Registration Hours:

  • Sunday, 30 March: 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Monday, 31 March: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, 1 April: 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, 2 April: 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Hotel Accommodations

If you requested hotel accommodations during the registration process, you will receive an email confirmation with your confirmed reservation details. If you have not yet received your confirmation by Friday, 14 March, or need to make changes to your reservation, please contact pec@bwh.com. 


Dress Code

  • General Conference Attire (Business Sessions): Business Casual
  • National Dinners (Monday Evening) - Please see the National Conference page for details.
  • Pan European Group Dinner at Pueblo Español (Tuesday Evening): Smart casual. 
    • Casual, jeans are acceptable, and we recommend comfortable shoes because cobblestone flooring. To add a fun touch, we encourage you to include an element of your outfit that represents your affiliate or home country.
    • IMPORTANT NOTE: Flat shoes are recommended as the streets and pathways within Pueblo Español are cobblestone.


Simultaneous Translation

Simultaneous translation via your smartphone (audio and/or text translation) will be available during the Pan European Convention portions of the event.

In order to utilize the spoken translation, please remember to bring your earphones with you.


WiFi Access

Wireless internet will be available throughout the Congress Center. Refer to the back of your attendee name badge for the network instructions.
