Each session below requires a separate registration and/or additional fees. If fees apply, they will be billed to your property statement after the meeting. Please read each session description for details.

Caring to Lead

Date: Tuesday, May 14th
Time: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Cost: $99 (billed to property statement) - Includes breakfast, beverages and afternoon snack. Lunch on own.  
GM Points: 1 GM Point Offered .

How To Register: This course can be added to your registration during the Regional Meeting registration process. If you've already registered for the conference and would like to attend, please contact the Meetings & Events team for assistance. 

Cancellation Policy: No penalty if cancelled at least 8 days before the workshop. If cancelled within 7 days, or if you fail to arrive by the start of the workshop, a penalty fee of $99 USD per person will be billed to your hotel’s monthly statement.

Class Description:

The "Caring To Lead" program is a comprehensive instructor-led training designed to empower leaders with the skills and mindset to make a meaningful impact in their organizations. This program is structured around six core modules, each addressing essential aspects of intentional leadership. 

Participants will embark on a transformative journey, starting with understanding the concept of a leadership brand and how it can be leveraged to create a lasting legacy. Through engaging discussions and practical exercises, participants will delve into the six pillars of intentional leadership, gaining actionable insights into how to apply these principles in their day-to-day leadership roles. 

Furthermore, the program will explore the significance of values in leadership, emphasizing the role they play in guiding decisions and actions. 

"Caring To Lead" is not only a program about leadership skills but also about nurturing a leadership mindset that prioritizes empathy, authenticity, and a genuine concern for the well-being and growth of team members. Through this program, participants will emerge as leaders who achieve results and leave a positive and enduring legacy within their organizations.


Mastering Your Lead Systems + Completing RFP's = More Revenue

This workshop is for YOU!

The Hotel Sales Optimization team will focus on helping you update your hotel profile in CventGroup, Cvent Transient, and Hotel Planner. We will work through any open RFPs and will teach you how to increase your chances of obtaining more RFPs for your property. By the end of this extensive four-hour training workshop, you will have a better understanding of the RFP/Revenue connection and will feel more comfortable navigating BWH’s key lead systems.
