Please DO NOT contact the Peppermill directly to make a reservation. 

Room reservations will be made for you based on the dates you provide during the registration process. Your hotel reservation is not confirmed until you receive a hotel confirmation from the BWH Hotels Meetings Team. 

Room Rate

Run of House - $120 USD per night plus $20 nightly resort fee and applicable taxes and surcharges

Resort Fee includes the following:

• Shuttle service to/from the Reno Tahoe International Airport (4 a.m. - 11:45 p.m. daily)
• Business Center Access
• Local and #800 Phone Calls
• In-Room Refrigerators
• Microwaves and cribs available upon request
• In-room coffee with Keurig coffee maker
• Two (2) bottles of water per night

The room rate above is valid for Tuesday, May 27th - Friday, May 30th. 

Complimentary Amenities

• Wireless internet access is provided for guests in all public areas, meeting space and sleeping rooms. 
• Use of EV Charging Stations, and complimentary access to the parking garage and surface parking.
• Use of the health club, pool and concierge

Room Cancellation & Early Departure Policy

Reservations are subject to an early departure fee of $50 plus room tax (currently 13% and subject to change) in the event of departure prior to confirmed check-out date. Departure fee will be waived for immediate family or medical emergency.

•Reservations are subject to a charge of one night’s room and room tax (currently 13% and subject to change) and Tourism Surcharge (currently $2.00) if cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.

Reno Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is approximately 2.6 miles/10 minutes from the hotel.

Ground Transportation

The Peppermill features an easy and convenient airport shuttle, which departs from the valet area outside the Hotel Lobby, and runs every half-hour beginning at 4am. The last shuttle departs from the Peppermill going to the airport at 11:30pm. In addition, the airport shuttle departs from the airport going to the Peppermill every half-hour beginning at 4:15 am, and continuing to 11:45pm. This shuttle picks-up at the North exit of the Baggage Claim area.

Ride share (Uber, Lyft) and taxis are  also readily available at the airport.
