Appointments & Networking Sessions
We are excited to again offer the opportunity for hotels to pre-schedule appointments with attending buyers and clients. In addition to pre-scheduled appointments, the buyers/clients will also be available for open networking during the appointment sessions.

Monday, May 19, 2025 - Appointment Schedules Available in Mobile App
How will the appointments/networking sessions work?
Prior to the event:- Both Hoteliers & Clients will have access to the online appointment scheduling tool to view attendee profiles and submit appointment requests.
- After all appointment requests are received, appointment schedules will be generated and be available in the event mobile app.
Please Note: Requesting an appointment with a client does not guarantee a scheduled appointment. Schedules will be generated based on the following order:
- 1st - Mutual Requests (where both the hotel and client request to meet with each other)
- 2nd - Client Requests (based on their hotel ranking order and time the request was received)
- 3rd - Hotelier Requests (based on hotel's client ranking order and time the request was received)
At the event:
- Ten-minute time slots (7 minutes to meet, 3 minutes to move to next appointment) will be allocated for hotels to meet with clients/buyers.
- Each client/buyer will be assigned a numbered table within one of three areas on the floor: Business, Leisure & Groups.
- Hotels will circulate to the client/buyer tables based on either:
- A pre-scheduled appointment time booked using the appointment scheduling tool
- Buyers/clients that do not have a booked appointment for the current time slot will have a sign posted at their table indicating they are available to meet.
- A buzzer will indicate the end of each ten-minute session
- BWH Hotels Sales Managers will be also on-site to assist and facilitate meetings with clients and hoteliers.
What if I don't get a pre-scheduled appointment with a client during the appointments/networking sessions?
- If any attendee is unable to secure time with a client / buyer, please reach out to the BWH Hotels Sales Manager.
- Be sure to take advantage of the opening reception, off-site social event and meal breaks.
