Room reservations will be made for you based on the information you provide below.

If your contracted package includes three (3) nights of hotel accommodation, your stay will be from check-in on Monday, October 26, through check-out on Thursday, October 29. Requests for additional nights are subject to room availability and will be at the attendee’s own expense. If your contract package does not include accommodations, you will be asked to provide payment for all room nights upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy Acknowledgement

To cancel your registration, email the Annual Conference help desk at annualconference@worldhotels.com. Please include the registrant’s name, property name, and property number cancelling.

Registrations will be refunded only if the cancellation is received on or before to Friday, October 16, 2026.

No-shows will also be billed.
