We are delighted to invite you and your staff to the 2025 Central Regional Meeting, taking place May 8 – 9, 2025 at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, Illinois. As in previous years, we will host three Regional Meetings – west, central and east – giving you the flexibility to choose and attend the one that suits you best.  

Regional Meetings are a great opportunity to connect with you, hear your valuable insights and share updates from the BWH® Hotels executive leadership team. Your input during these meetings is essential in shaping our ongoing success. 

This event will include interactive educational workshops, breakout sessions and an open forum with the Board of Directors and executive leadership – giving you the chance to share ideas and suggestions that can make a lasting impact. Additionally, District-specific sessions will be held with Board Directors who can attend. Regional Meetings are also an excellent opportunity to explore the wide variety of products and cost-saving opportunities at the trade show.
