It is with great pleasure that we extend an invitation to you to attend our upcoming 2024 East Regional Meeting, being held May 15 – 16 at the Rhode Island Convention Center in Providence, Rhode Island. Providence is easily accessible from many East Coast cities, as it is on Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor route between Washington, D.C., New York City and Boston, and is just a 50-minute drive from Boston and a three-hour drive from New York City. 

Your presence at a Regional Meeting is crucial, as your insights and feedback will contribute to the continued success of our collaborative efforts. While in Providence, you will hear updates from BWHSM Hotels leadership on operations, marketing, sales, technology and distribution, finance, legal, international operations, growing our pipeline and more. Educational workshops and breakout sessions will also be offered, as well as an open forum with the Board of Directors and executive leadership where you can offer suggestions and share your ideas to make our company and hoteliers even more successful. Additionally, District-specific sessions will be held with the Board Directors who are able to attend. Regional Meetings also present a wonderful opportunity to connect with your fellow Members and to save money at the robust trade show.

Providence combines the friendliness of a small town with the culture and sophistication of a big city. The city has undergone a dramatic transformation over the past 50 years and has a thriving arts community, vibrant and diverse neighborhoods, a renowned restaurant scene and many things to do, including exploring the RISD Museum, the state's leading museum of art and design; the John Brown House Museum, a landmark from the 18th century; and the Governor Henry Lippitt House Museum, an American National Historic Landmark. If you’re able, we encourage you to build in extra time during your stay to see all Providence has to offer.
